Spark ignition is a straightforward and effective method for igniting flare gas, available in both manual and automatic configurations. Rayan Energy Co. designs and manufactures these igniters in two main types: High Voltage and High Energy (capacitor-discharge). Due to the robustness and reliability of the spark generated, we recommend the High Energy type for all new electronic ignition systems. Nonetheless, we can also design and manufacture igniters compatible with specific high-voltage system designs. Additionally, our spark ignition systems can be engineered to comply with the safety standards required for hazardous areas, such as IP65 (Ingress Protection) and EXD (Explosion Proof).
