Design and Manufacturing Activities
• Designing and manufacturing flare tip including main body, mounting flange, pilot assembly, gas fuel piping, ignition lance, flame
retention device, companion flanges with bolt, nuts and gasket, windshield, internal refractory, thermocouple with junction box, nozzles
(steam nozzles, assist gas nozzle, etc.);
• Designing and manufacturing flare stack including main body, supports for service piping, instrument cables, electrical cables, ladder
and platforms and aircraft warning light;
• Designing and manufacturing flare supporting structure including guy and derrick supported flares;
• Designing and manufacturing ultrasonic flowmeter for measuring flare gas

Inspection activities
• Unmanned inspection of operational and active flares by drones;
• Hot spot and thermal failure detection of flare tip and equipment by IR sensors.
