Design and Manufacturing Activities:
- Flare Tip: Design and manufacture of the Flare Tip, including the main body, Mounting Flange, Pilot Assembly, Gas Fuel Piping, Ignition Lance, Flame Retention Device, Companion Flanges with Bolts, Nuts, and Gasket, Windshield, Internal Refractory, Thermocouples with Junction Box, and various Nozzles (such as steam nozzles and assist gas nozzles).
- Flare Stack: Design and manufacture of the flare stack, incorporating the main body, support for service piping, instrument cables, electrical cables, ladder and platforms, and aircraft warning lights.
- Supporting Structure: Design and manufacture of flare-supporting structures, including guy and derrick-supported flares.
- Ultrasonic Flowmeter: Design and manufacture of ultrasonic flowmeters for accurate measurement of flare gas flow.
Inspection activities:
- Unmanned Aerial Inspection: Utilization of drones for the unmanned inspection of operational and active flares.
- Thermal Analysis: Deployment of IR sensors for the detection of hot spots and thermal failures in flare tips and associated equipment.
