Flare Pilot is an equipment for maintaining fire on the top of Flare Stacks. It’s too important to have a reliable Flare Pilot. Pilots are
designed to work continuously in extremely high temperature conditions. So they should be designed and manufacturer to work
properly on that environment.
Rayan Energy Co. designs and manufactures different kinds of pilots for flare tips which may be atmospheric or may use compressed air
according to the flare stack design.
These pilots are designed and manufactured such that:
• They are reliable and effective for igniting all types of flare gas.
• They can withstand high temperatures due to the vicinity of flare tip and the direct flame impingement from it.
• They can withstand wind, humidity and rain.
• They are manufactured from upgraded materials. Because the pilot nozzle is heated periodically due to the frequently flame
impingement, Rayan Energy Co. uses upgraded materials such as Alloy 556 to improve the service life of pilots.
• They can be designed and manufactured to compatible with Front Flame Generator (FFG).
• They can be used as the ignition system in burn pit.
